• Simple - Two hardworking guys emptied one house, loaded the U-Haul truck, and filled in another house with all my heavy furniture. Both were polite and friendly. They successfully handled two sets of somewhat narrow stairs in both old houses. And the boss had worked hard to make our schedules work out. Good work!

• I booked Keystone Moving Services through U-Haul, and from start to finish the experience was outstanding. Justice called me a few weeks before my move to go over the details and even recommended a few items to help protect my furniture during the process. The evening before my move, he reached out again to confirm everything and offer any additional support. He also called the morning of the move to let me know he and his team were on the way. Justice arrived promptly at 9 AM as scheduled. He and his two-man crew did a walkthrough to plan the most efficient way to clear the home. They were extremely careful when disassembling furniture and loading the truck. They worked quickly and efficiently while staying polite and professional the entire time. Watching them load the truck was like watching a real-life game of Tetris—they made sure every item was secure and protected.
