• Although polite and well-intentioned, the crew provided was completely unqualified for the job. They were not properly trained and used no equipment to move a refrigerator and freezer from the basement to the garage. Handles and hinges were removed, the parts were confused, and reassembly required homeowner assistance. The appliances and the home were damaged as a result.

  Thank you for your feedback. However, several points in your review are inaccurate. Our crew used appropriate, standard methods for moving the refrigerator. There is no mandatory requirement to use straps, especially on stairs where carrying by hand often provides better control and safety. The refrigerator doors were removed only because the unit could not fit through the doorway. This was done carefully and free of charge. Initially, you confirmed the doors did not need to be reinstalled, then changed your request multiple times. Despite this, our team followed your instructions within the time you set. No damage was caused to the appliances or your property. We also note that questioning the use of protective gloves shows a misunderstanding of basic safety practices, as they are used to prevent injuries when handling heavy items.
