To start, they didn’t arrive at the scheduled time. We had to reach out 15 min after. Add another few phone calls as it was clear they weren’t communicating appropriately. It wasn’t until 50min after the arrival time that they arrived. On top of that, they requested an additional hour of payment for the 50 minutes they were late. So many of my items are damaged despite me wrapping and packing everything perfectly prior to their arrival. The younger gentleman was kind and caring. The older gentleman should find another line of work. My boyfriend did laps around them carrying things out and loading the uhaul. (The point of hiring a moving company was to avoid this.) I also had to carry a few loads myself as they weren’t efficient whatsoever. The older gentleman was very vocal about his displeasure of having to go up and down stairs. (As I mentioned, he should find another career.)
