  The only person during this process I can applaud is the mover Ray he did commit to 2.5 hours of the 5 hours we paid for. He actually moved items and followed through with our request. The owner or manager promised to refund us and it’s been over two weeks. He doesn’t respond to emails, texts or phone calls. I consider him a scammer and highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. Disappointed in him for his lack of professionalism, his lack of communication, his lack of follow through. It hurts to want to trust someone who you hope will do right and they ghost you. Still awaiting a refund and or call. Please read reviews and know it isn’t the mover Ray, but the manager is HORRIBLE!

  Express Movers

  During the unload, movers weren’t as careful and we noticed more bumping into door frames. We also noticed that some furniture wasn’t covered as well as we thought in the truck so there were some scratches on our furniture. Overall we were very grateful for their hard work in moving our heavy furniture and willingness to help us with moving a large freezer from the basement to the garage.

  They arrived on time and they were excited to help. They were very careful with our belongings. They ask permission of where to put things. They also kept the cleanliness of the home in mind as they were moving things. We couldn’t ask for better movers.
