  • I hired them for 3 movers for 3 hours and paid for this along with the moving of the additional gun safe. Not only were they two hours late for my reserved agreed upon time but I had unloaded the entire truck except for the really heavy furniture that I was unable to do myself. They completed the unloading in around one hour and then took payment for THREE HOURS OF WORK!!! So instead of charging me for the hour they worked they charged me for three hours and took the money and then said UHaul would need to resolve it. Needless to say here I almost a week later and they haven't contact me or returned my calls BUT they sure took the money and ran. If you're looking to hire movers who will show on time, do the work expected that you PAID for then perhaps this isn't the choice.

  • Great communication and showed up on time. The team was flexible with moving details and worked very efficiently. It was a large move, a 2BR 2BA from a second story using stairs, with stops at two different units, and they handled a lot of work quickly. There was some minor damage noted, including a few small chips on dressers, a broken wheel on a dresser, and slight damage inside the unit, but some wear is understandable with a move of this size. They also helped stack and arrange the storage unit. Overall, I appreciate their help, flexibility, and hard work.
