  Movers were professional and strategic with loading the U-box. I appreciated their efficiency and their willingness to delay my loading date since I was behind in packing. I only wished that the point of contact was more timely with his communication (did not reach out about scheduling the move until very late the day before and I had to prompt) and I would receive updates on whether they will be late (was scheduled for 12-1pm but didn't show up until 3pm with 1 text 10min beforehand).

Honestly, he's the kind of mover I wish could have helped my parents move — someone trustworthy, communicative, and easy to deal with the whole way through.
