One of the two movers arrived 15 minutes late and proceeded to have a cigarette. I had to ask him to stop smoking and start to work. He subsequently took another cigarette break 20 minutes later. The 2nd mover arrived 40 minutes late. I had to point out to him that he was very late before he offered an apology. They severely damaged the front door bringing out a piece of furniture and said nothing. The door needs to be replaced it is so badly damaged. There was no response from my contact Safi either when I tried calling numerous times or sent texts about the issue. Appalling service.
