Two young men, 18 or 19 yrs old, were sent to our job. So they did not have much experience. They moved much slower than the moving help team who helped us load. This added exra time to our job that was not necessary. I requested an extra person be added to our team as a result of the work of the loading crew, but Mo told me he was saving his workers for jobs bid on the day of and insisted on extra hours instead of an extra person. The two young men sent to our job were very friendly and likeable, but not fast movers. We did ask them to help us move some existing furniture out of the way, but to unload a 26 ft truck should not have taken 5hrs.
