  • After booking with Elite5 through U-Haul, I was immediately contacted via text to schedule a time for my appointment. They were very open and flexible with me. They arrived to the pickup location early, loaded and unloaded the truck and finished ahead of schedule. They communicated well, were very professional and took great care of my furniture even with it being 100 degrees that day. I look forward to booking with them again and have already recommended them to other people.

  • The movers contacted me by text to schedule a specific time. They finished their first prior job early so we were able to schedule an earlier start. The movers were professional , took care with our property, and did a great job packing our storage unit. Unloaded 15 ft truck. Loaded 10x10 indoor storage unit.
