I paid for TWO people to unload the truck. One of which didn't make it due to getting into an accident. So I only got one helper.

Hi Kenneth we completely understand your concern you did book two movers and unfortunately one of our movers was involved in a car accident and had to be hospitalized which prevented him from making it to the job we informed you of the situation before the move began and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience The mover who was able to make it completed the unload in about 1 hour and 30 minutes even though the job was booked for 2 hours and you mentioned that he did a great job we are glad the move itself was completed successfully but we also understand that you expected two movers based on your booking we appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve how we handle unexpected situations like this in the future
