    They were late. They drug my white couch across my garage. They kept trying to use a hand truck on my furniture after telling them no. I made them leave early so my furniture wouldn’t be broken. Will not use them again.

    They got the job done under the time limit. The only thing we weren't happy about is they unloaded my big hutch upside down which made a inside shelf fall. It was ok but I'd like to think they wouldn't do that when it was initially loaded in the truck upright. While they were unloading, it seemed like they had negative attitudes, not a single smile tge whole time and they didn't listen when we gave them direction on where to stack boxes. Overall, not as nice as an experience as with my loading crew.
