• The receptionist at Mission Relocation was super attentive and very apologetic after the movers arrived an hour late. I really appreciated her professionalism. As for the movers themselves, they did get the job done within two hours, which I’ll give them credit for. However, they came unequipped, wearing crocs and sagging pants, which didn’t give a professional impression. They were very quiet, not really talkative or engaging, and moved a bit slower than we expected. Because we were on a time crunch to meet the unloaders at the new location, my husband and I ended up helping to keep things moving. In the end, everything was completed, but it wasn’t the smoothest moving experience. Lesson learned—you really do get what you pay for.

• Peter and Miguel were excellent movers! They were on time, efficient, and very polite. I would hire them again. This was one of my best experiences from start to finish with a moving company. Dont hesitate, hire them now!
