• I would NEVER advise anyone to hire them They are so unprofessional and unethical .They left my job in the middle and said that we have to go somewhere else.They also damaged my treadmill and stair cases and many other things .They just need money without completion there task.i also recommend UHaul to remove them from there panel to keep good customers on board.

  Hi There, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all concerns very seriously and value customers and honesty. What we don't appreciate is dishonesty and false statements about our company and work ethic.You've failed to tell the audience that you scheduled us for 3 hours load and unload to start 3pm. At the last min told us to come 4pm instead, we agreed. Explain why you had more items to load into the truck than you mentioned. Our crew stayed for an additional hour to help to unload all the heavy furniture for the customer knowing that the crew was unable to stay after the 4th hour. 1 crew member returned and had to unload 4 beds with box springs upstairs and downstairs and miscellaneous items by himself, but you failed to mention that you offered him $20 to complete the job. We did not damage an already damaged treadmill that was falling apart with ductape and also we carried furniture that could barely make it through the front door into the basement. Have a great day
