  • Buyers beware! After using this company to move my items they broke an antique and did nothing (I.e. partial refund) to compensate. When the employees pulled up they were seen on the phone and the one was on a call while on the clock. When it came to u loading, the employees broke a wheel from an antique dresser, and then one of them cut themselves and bled all over some furniture. (We asked if he was okay and he said yes, but didn’t receive first aid). When communicating with Surain (over a course of 24hours) he was unable to do anything for damaged item. He told me that if it was the same day maybe he could have resolved it. But NO ONE told me and I discovered the wheel 2 days later in the corner of the driveway. No professionalism. I understand things potentially break in a move but the lack of communication and how this all went down via text was weird.
