• The movers were polite and moved as directed. The service itself was great thank you. However the communication on scheduling needs major improvement. I scheduled for a 4pm or 4.30pm start I called them to schedule and he said maybe around 4.30-5pm. I said ok that works. At 4.51pm he texts me they are 30mins out. Sure I can wait even though I'm already at the storage facility, because our scheduled time was 5pm latest. I waited, and waited; I followed up with texts; at 5.57pm they responded, 10 mins away. WOW WHAT?! So I waited for an entire hour just to be told, 10mins. Sure I'll wait because I was told 30mins plus another 10mins. What is 10 more mins going to do? So I waited AGAIN. It wasn't until 6.13pm that they arrived to the location. Communication needs to dramatically improved having a customer wait over an hour is unacceptable.

• We tried to give the movers the benefit of the doubt. And as we are unloading our trailer, we feel we absolutely wasted our money. The movers left before checking if our trailer could shut. So we spent an hour trying to redo what they did. As we are unloading they did an awful job maximizing the space and you can tell they just threw things in there. We had moving blankets that they didn’t bother to use to protect our furniture. And because of the poor packing of the trailer, we now have to spend double the money to drive back to finish the move. On top of that, all they really moved was the couches and we had to undo ALL of the boxes they did because we couldn’t shut the trailer. One of the movers asked us for a tip so we tipped $20 cash..as we were walking away the other mover ran up to us asked if that tip was for the both of them. Of course we felt guilty, we tipped another $20. We tipped because we thought they were pleasant and was before we tried shutting the trailer.
