    They were 30 minutes late but that’s not a huge deal. The communication was lacking, I had to reach out for locking down time and location and call a few times to see if they were on their way. Had a request to leave some room in the truck, which was easily doable. They said yes and then proceeded to put stuff all the way to the front, overheard a comment along the lines of we could deal with it when one of the guys asked the other about leaving room. But everything made it in the truck
