If I could give zero starts, I would. An hour late. Took zero care in protecting anything. Wasted half the space in my containers. Didn't use any of the packing blankets I provided. Because of their incompetence I've had to hire another company to come back and repack the stuff they did such a horrible job with. I wish I could post pictures of things like the bicycle they placed on the cream colored sofa cushions, or the stack of still wrapped up packing blankets that they loaded last, as opposed to opening and using. The tremendous amount of unused space in my containers, while there was still a lot of additional stuff to be packed. I would not have paid except for the fact that they guy had a nasty attitude and I was not able to be there so my female friend was helping me out and I didn't want her to have to deal with him. I've never left a bad review for anyone or anything before, but DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. U-Haul should take them off of their list!
