• I was disappointed with the service from Williams Moving on 07-26-2025. Despite their higher rate compared to other companies in the Jacksonville, Florida area, the movers they sent were not professional or physically prepared for the job. They struggled to lift and maneuver larger items like tables and mattresses, lacked proper technique, and didn’t have the strength or experience you'd expect from a moving crew. I even had to step in and help with the move myself. To make matters worse, their slow pace caused the job to go over the expected time, and I was charged for an extra hour—something that had never happened with my two previous moves. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

  We here at Williams moving would like to apologize for your moving services. We understand from our notes in our system that you felt like the team was unprofessional because they were not in uniform, but due to the extremely hot weather and them having multiple jobs a day, they change clothes constantly and cannot be required to wear the same uniform outfit all day. Also, we apologize if you felt like they were moving slow as if it caused you to be charged an extra hour, our guys are trained to move at a pace to where all items can be moved safely to protect your items from damage and to also protect our guys from injury. We have been open over 15 years now and we have never had an issue, especially with uniform or the pace that our guys work at . But I do understand that you are unsatisfied with your services and we deeply apologize for that.

• They were very professional and helpful. Despite not everything being packed, they communicated effectively and helped me move as much as possible within the time they were there. Without them we never would've been able to move our stuff in time.
