• Absolutely will NEVER use Carter’s Care ever again or ever recommend them. I was not contacted before my moving day with any info. I called twice the day before to finally get info. Instead of scheduling a specific time with me, he told me ‘call me when you’re an hour and a half away and I will have guys there when you need them.’ He would not schedule a set time. The next day when I was 1.5 hours away, I called him, no answer. Over the next 2.5 hours, I called him EIGHT times with no answer whatsoever. I waited hours before my first communication from him, a text stating ‘I’ll be there in a hr’. I called to get confirmation or an explanation, with no response. I texted to ask if it would be 2 people like I paid for and all he said was ‘3’. Once they arrived hours later, he not once mentioned or apologized. He told me I only had 3 movers because 1 was training. Not because of the delay. They threw my fragile items around, didn’t listen, and were extremely unprofessional. Terrible
