I have mixed feelings about my experience with Heavy Load Safeway Moving. I booked unloading services through UHaul at 3 a.m. for a morning unload of a 20 foot truck. By 915 am I still had not heard from anyone and had to call myself. While it was raining that morning, I was frustrated that no one proactively contacted me about delays or scheduling changes. I shouldn't have had to track someone down to find out when my move would happen. We eventually scheduled an afternoon unload, and the crew arrived at 410 p.m. for a 330 p.m. appointment. The two movers were polite and worked hard, but they appeared inexperienced. Before they arrived, my brother, who has moving experience, had already completed a significant portion of the unload. Even so, it took the crew another three hours to finish. Based on the amount of work remaining, that was much longer than expected. The communication, late arrival, and lack of efficiency left me disappointed
