Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Charles and Eddie Ron did a fantastic job. Here early. Careful and thoughtful with items. Finished move early. Great communication and hard workers. Asked where I wanted each item. Worked efficiently as a team. Very pleased with service and will hire again.
They were wonderful! So friendly and fast and stayed in communication all day up until they arrived.
The mover stated they would meet for the move at 8am. Then they told me on the day of the move that they would arrive between 8am and 10am. They eventually arrived about 915am. causing a large delay in the move. The office staff was rude when I complained about the time delay and threatened to cancel the entire service for the day because I had an attitude. The 2 movers were very slow workers and could barely speak English. This created more difficulty trying to give instructions. The movers also damaged the doors when moving furniture in because they did not move the furniture carefully. I do not recommend this company. Not a good experience.
