  Smart Moving

  I asked them to start at 10am about a week before. Then the night before I got a call that they cannot start until 1130, so I told them to cancel completely as that was too late. That's when they said anytime works 10am is fine and we will actually send 3 people to you instead of 2. In the morning they arrived on time but only 2 people came, they did not follow through on what they said. With that said it was very helpful to have movers move the heavy items like a mattress, couch, and cabinet. And they were very careful to not bang any walls. However they did get one of our white chairs dirty, I think they placed a box on it that had previously been on the wet ground. Which lefts brown dirt and mud spots on it. In all, not the best service but still helpful

  Vinno was absolutely amazing. He was very personable, very helpful and customer service was next level. His partner was also great I just don’t know his name(sorry). They were on time, communication was great, and they got the job done quickly. I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone.
