• Shawn and John were on time, helpful, and efficient with loading my U-Box. Nothing was too heavy or big for them and they made everything fit like a puzzle! I would definitely hire Pacific Coast again.

• My appointment was for 12 noon. I was there on time, the movers were not. After 10 minutes I called and left message. The owner did return my call 10 minutes later to tell me they were running late. Once they showed up, I realized I needed a second pod. I made the arrangements for the new pod and the owner said they would be back to finish the job I called an hour and a half later, left message. He never returned my call. He left me hanging in the middle of the job. If there was a problem, he never communicated that. I had tips for the movers, but when it was decided that they would be back I was going to give them a larger tip at the end. Because he dropped the ball, I had to get back in touch with U Haul and now I’m paying someone else twice as much. I would not hire him again, and I will continue to let the public know my dissatisfaction with this company.

  Hello, You were completely rude over the phone to me for one. Two, I called you to let you know we had to finish with our first customer and for three, I talked with Uhaul, they said they would reach back to you about a second ubox and get back to you about us doing the job Saturday. So maybe be nicer to the people moving you and doing work for you. We were going to add you to our full schedule and go out of our way for you regardless of getting more money or not.
