EST.2024 Morning shift 7am-11am, Afternoon shift 12pm-4pm, Evening shift 5pm-9pm. Customer must stay within time frame given, please note the time we pick will be the best time for us to complete move. please have your schedule open. Furniture Reassemble or disassemble additional hour must be added. Pre-questionnaire will be sent upon booking. Must be filled out completely to confirm move.

Khareem and Tony were the most unprofessional movers I've ever delta with. They were over an hour late. They took 30 minutes to move 2 items. When I confronted Khareem about it, he said, don't worry we will get it done. Then they sat at the truck for 40 minutes talking. Nothing was moved. They move a few boxes in for 20 minutes. Khareem told me time was up, they literally moved 10 items!! Khareem stated they had to close the ticket to keep working and demanded I give him the code. He promised to finish the job. As soon as I gave him they packed up and left. They left all the heavy stuff in the truck and most of the boxes on the curb. I have to hire new movers to finish the job. Don't trust Khareem and Tony. Khareem will start off calling you Mr or Mrs on the phone. Horrible experience. I will never use DYI again. All Khareem said the whole time is I'm the CEO of the company over and over as if that gave him an excuse to not finish the job or even work the time he was hired for.

This customer was highly unorganized! Items discussed on the phone were not the items in truck. The only thing left where the boxed the customer stated that they will move. Customer refused to extend but wanted us to continue move. The only thing left on the truck was a full gun safe which we cannot move due safety being full and customer never added on gun safe fee. Not only that customer gave code willingly and started to disrespect my employee, not only that took my employee property (cell phone) because he accidentally left it on the truck and stated to him that if he moves the gun safe he will give him the phone back until my employee said he will get the police and then customer gave property back while insulting him. One of the most unorganized and incompetent customer I have ever dealt with
