  • The crew was 40 minutes late then did not pack the truck well to prevent shifting. In over 30 corporate and military moves I have never had to file a claim. Now I do. AND, because they didn’t pack it correctly, I have to RETURN to Michigan to rent a tow trailer for my furniture and drive to the east coast. This is unacceptable and unbelievably irresponsible and unprofessional behavior. It’s going to cost me an extra $1200 because of their lack of knowledge.
