• I had arranged for 2pm for a simple unload but I was told the previous job had extended their time. I received communication saying that they would arrive 330-4. Then i couldn't get ahold of them until later, since it was getting late I rescheduled for the next day morning at 10. Even though they arrived late (due to traffic) the men who showed up were courteous, professional and efficient. They arranged the boxes neatly, put the items down with care and finished very very quickly. I wish you would impose a overextend penalty fee for the previous booker for wasting my time. Shoutout to Darryl though, they were awesome.

  I apologize for the inconvenience but due to this being an last minute booking we tried to squeeze you in our schedule but due to your crew previous job going 3 hours over their time slot it caused a delay in your move The customer was adding time as they moved so thats why the time kept changing
