    I am disappointed that the movers didn't come with any tools and they took their sweet ol time and being careless. My son and some my Elderly friends helped to unload and they charged my an extra hour because they took their time and didn't finish the job because they said they had another appointment move... I'm not to happy, I had told them what I had and what I needed done! They took advantage of a Senior woman alone that I had to call my son to help out and he has a bad back! Very disappointed that I started to have a panic attack and got all emotional. I didn't expect to be treated this way... I'm just a Senior woman on a budget...

    Omg Movers

    Overall, everything went well and the move was smooth. One of the movers was very professional and did an excellent job. However, the other mover was very unprofessional and did not seem to know how to handle furniture properly. Because of his carelessness, my dresser was damaged and came apart. I even paid for an extra hour, so I expected my furniture to be handled with more care. I don’t believe someone with this level of experience should be hired to move customers’ furniture. Aside from this issue, everything else went smoothly
