• I hired this team for a move from a one-bedroom apartment to a storage unit. The crew worked hard and stayed longer than expected to finish the job. The lead mover, Jay, is very polite and kind throughout the process. He was respectful, responsive when asked to help with different parts of the move, and made sure everything ultimately got where it needed to go. That said, if you are booking this team it’s helpful to know this is a very budget-friendly service and may not be the same as a full-service professional moving company. The crew did not bring equipment like dollies or moving blankets, and the move took longer than expected. If speed and professional equipment are priorities, a larger moving company may be a better fit. However, if you’re looking for an affordable option and are flexible on timing, they are hardworking and committed to finishing the job.

• I’m not sure where the owner in the reviews was but that is definitely not who I dealt with. They were almost two hours late when I only had a few hours to unload and set up for my vintage show. Said they needed to get gas and then got into a fender bender. Movers arrived before owner and asked how they got paid. When I said they got paid from the owner, they said they didn’t know him and he had hired them from the Home Depot parking lot. My friends had already helped me unload half the trailer. When he arrived, he was bragging that this was the first accident that he had gotten in that he actually had insurance. Before they arrived, I phoned the owner and said I was going to cancel because I wasn’t paying full price since we had already unloaded half the trailer. He said he would refund half if I let them finish. When I went to pay, he said he couldn’t adjust the payment and to pay the full amount& he would refund me. I ended up only getting $60 back so lesson learned.

  Actually she was speaking to the owner all along, there's a difference between bragging and saying what actually happened that caused us to be late. Plus I showed up with 3 men instead of the 2 she paid for. And I did gave her a 60$ refund, because I was involved in a car accident on the way there. Otherwise we wouldn't of been late. Also, I told her I would give her 60$ off, for showing up late. When we finished she tried saying I told her 80$ The truth is I told her 60$ and was involved in a hit and run from a drunk driver, and yes I got the driver's license plate. I would of been so grateful if 3 men showed up to help me, even after dealing with a accident on the freeway. That's why I am glad we have options to reply to reviews! Thank you for reading this.
