    Willy's team was hardworking and receptive to my needs. A third team member was added to the booking with no issues. The 3 man team finished before the 3 hours but I wish they had spent a little more time being careful with the packing. By the middle of the loading they began to run out of steam and get a little confused. The truck was more organized at the start. This lead to some items being damaged that could have been avoided if all the blankets I rented had been used. A few blankets were left unused. Advice on packing lamp shades and cans would have been appreciated as well. Overall I am happy they helped me move but have had better movers in the past, and wish I had been checking in more how the truck loading was going, but again that's their job not mine.
