• I understand things happen, but the team assigned to me was an hour and a half late to the move time. By then I had already loaded up my 20' truck by myself and one other friend and our kids. Now, when we got to the unload destination, they were instrumental in the process, and had the superior knowledge on how to wrap my glass desk. When they were there, they were extremely beneficial and very much a genuine helpful resource. They were also extremely kind and professional. I also do want to give kudos where kudos where due, they did inform me an hour before the start time that they were going to be late, and continued to update me along their trip when they kept getting delayed even further. Also, paying for the hours in advance led to a discrepancies in the actual hours worked. They showed up at 1030 and after a second partial load to the new house, were gone by 1230, but paid for three hours of labor.
