  • Our movers were amazing, professional, and helpful! That being said, the lack of communication between the scheduler and us was awful on loading day. We asked for a 9-11AM arrival window and we were never told that the scheduler was unable reach the original mover. It wasn’t until 12PM the NEW mover called us to notify us what happened (original worker was not able to be reached and a different worker had to be notified on their day off). None of this was communicated to us by the scheduler, but by the mover, which delayed our moving process by 4 hours. Once again, our movers were amazing, but the lack of communication between the scheduler and us was very poor, especially when we tried to call back after 11AM 5 times and he did not answer. We had more communication with the mover than the original scheduler.

While a request for extra time may have been sent, all additional charges require customer approval before they are processed, and no approval was received in this case. We understand how this may have caused confusion and we are always working to improve communication so everything is clear during the job.
