• The owner demonstrated highly unprofessional behavior and allowed his personal emotions to disrupt a paid service. During the move, he dropped the dolly and walked off the job after being told his conduct was unprofessional. No customer should have to convince a hired mover to complete work they agreed to perform. My mother had to intervene and persuade him to return. Yes, the booking was last minute however, he accepted the job and was being compensated. That responsibility does not disappear because of timing. Professionalism means completing agreed-upon work regardless of personal feelings. After driving 12 hours from Illinois in a 16ft Penske truck while towing my vehicle, I was already physically exhausted. Instead of receiving dependable assistance, the situation became unnecessarily chaotic and stressful. This experience lacked professionalism, accountability, and basic service standards. I would not recommend.

  Actually what happened was you yourself wasn't prepared and didnt have the truck at the location for the movers when they arrived. You became angry when you were told that the clock started when they arrived though you weren't ready at the agreed time and no truck was there for them to unload. Then when the truck came, it had items scattered about and tvs looked broken. When you told that the workers would have to take pics beforehand so they could protect themselves from responsibility of possible damages, you talked to them hastily. That's when the workers decided to leave and not take the job and your mom saw how disrespectful you yourself was being apologized on your behalf
