  • I booked 2 helpers. One showed up on time and the other one showed up after we were done. Lucky enough for me that I had a friend and myself to help move or I would have been in trouble. After the move, I spent 20mins trying to get a refund from them since only 1 showed up. This move was done on Monday.. It is now Wednesday I have yet to hear from them on when my refund would be process. The helper was professional and nice. Overall the service was lacking and not reliable. Would not recommend.
