• Company didn’t show up at scheduled time, communication was severely lacking, no answer or response to calls or txts during service, went over time by 15 min before anything was said and then was charged a whole hour for 30 min of extra moving time. Although they (the movers) were friendly in the beginning as soon as the information I was given by the woman on the phone didn’t line up with what they provided he became upset and blamed everything on me the customer while the owner lied. Said I wanted something for nothing when the conversation I had on the phone with the owner the day previous was not what she was saying once the job had been finished. They don’t show up on time and then when they go over contracted hrs they charge you instead of saying it’s at 2 hours do you want us to continue they just keep working and then tell you you will be charged. If you’re hoping to save some money by using this company don’t. You won’t.

• Did NOT complete move. We had to hire another mover once they left. So many broken items inside boxes. Dragged couch and mattress along the floor. We hired 2 people but 1 guy was in training which wasted a lot of time because he had to supervised and told how to move by the other person. Hence, needed more time for the move. They asked money for an additional hour via Zelle or square, but then left within half an hour. Do not recommend!!
