  • Arrived late and unprepared Young kid was lazy and slow A two-hour load ended up taking six hours and I lost my movers on the other end because it was too late. My baby grand piano sat in a truck In the heat overnight. I also lost my enterprise rental and there were no cars for me to get home. Very bad experience.

    we apologize for your move going over, we did NOT charge you any extra time we ate 4 hours of time for free. the job only went over because there was no piano supplies on the job site like there was supposed to be! we had to leave mid job and go get your supplies. when you asked to change your job time earlier, you also asked us if you should move your other movers and we explained that you should not do that so you have a buffer!!
