    Mighty Man Move Specialist

    I was contacted late the night before and given the address for the next day. This address was incorrect. I believe it was the Uhaul location. I corrected the address. The day of the move I was called by the helpers saying they were at the storage unit waiting for me. I shared the address previously given and have no idea what storage unit they were at. When they arrived it was quite evident by their smell and eyes that they were under the influence of drugs. I had to have my male family members watch them the entire time to ensure things were loaded correctly on the truck. They were there to assist me with the move so losing two helpers was not convenient. The movers were slow and unprofessional. The straps holding the cargo weren't even tight. I had to tell them to use the furniture pads to protect some items. After one hour I told them they were done. I believe I paid for 2 hours, but I was too concerned about my items and wanted them off the property. Very disappointed!

    The guys did great once they got here. They were running late but it happens. I tried texting but didn’t receive a response until this morning. But he did relay they were running behind. Overall not a bad experience. Although our table got scratched up on the legs pretty good and a door to our entertainment center got broken.
