  • They sent me 5 teenagers, not adults, who were joking and broke several items. One in particular irreplacable antique mirror. They shrugged any responsibility and refused to do anything about the damage, they showed up 40 minutes late and did a horrible job, did not put things in the right room, threw down boxes and were horrible. 3 of the 5 did not even speak english, 1 faked that he did not speak engligh but when I spoke fluent spanish to him he admitted he did not speak spanish, it was rediculas and a horrible experience DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!

Our company was hired only to provide unloading labor and was not responsible for packing, loading, securing, or transporting the items prior to arrival. We take claims of property damage seriously, but we do not accept responsibility for damages that have not been proven to have been caused by our crew. We have requested documentation regarding the alleged damage and are willing to review any evidence provided.   • With the exception of one of the people, these movers seemed extremely inexperienced. They were also not careful with the furniture. The whole time they were here they needed constant supervision. I have used Movinghelp through U-Haul many many times. This is by far the worst experience I have had to date. They were certainly nice, just inexperienced.

    e respectfully disagree with this review. Our crew arrived at the agreed-upon time and completed the work within the scheduled hours. Once the allotted time had ended, the customer requested that we continue working beyond the scheduled service period without authorizing payment for the additional time or providing the required payment code. As with any professional service, additional work beyond the agreed timeframe must be properly authorized and compensated. We remained professional throughout the process and followed the platform's policies and procedures. We appreciate the opportunity to provide service and wish the customer all the best.
