I’ve used U-Haul’s Moving Help for 15 years, and Jason and his team are the best movers I’ve ever worked with. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable - always thinking five steps ahead so there was never a hiccup throughout the day they helped me. That alone sets them apart from most moving companies, but what truly makes them the best is how proactively they listened and responded. For example, when I mentioned I was nervous about a few fragile pieces, I was impressed with how seriously Jason took my concerns - without hesitation, he immediately wrapped those items in extra blankets and plastic wrap. No other crew has come close to that level of care and attention. On top of that, the team was so nice and so friendly. It was a real pleasure to spend the day with them, and it made the process of moving actually enjoyable. I cannot recommend them enough for a professional, stress-free moving experience. They’re an absolute joy to work with and a bargain at any price.
