• This was an absolutely awful experience. So when booking it gives the option morning afternoon or evening. I chose evening for load and unload. One of the movers texted me the day before and asked what the earliest we could do was and I said 4 . I said we would let him know if we could do earlier. . Day of I get a message at around 150 asking to come earlier and then one at 2 saying just cancel us and find other movers. At 2 on a sunday? How am I supposed to do that? So I said well how about if I add on 2 hours and maybe we can get done sooner? He says ok they’re on the way. They get there and start helping. They broke a chair . They broke the drawer that goes to the bed. Damage the base to my other bed. There’s a gouge on top of my dresser . A wardrobe that was jammed in the truck fell out and broke when we opened the truck. We asked them to load the treadmill they said it would be an extra charge. He said he wasn’t unloading because he did need the money that bad

  We loaded more on your 26 foot truck than you guys even asked for us to. We packed the truck to almost full capacity. We went above and beyond for you hoarders. You originally booked 2 men for 2 hours for a full house. I don't do full moves in the evening especially on Sundays. We knew nothing about an unload. Full house moves are typically done early mornings. You guys weren't prepared. I have every right to refuse service. You booked 2 hrs and you got 2 hrs well worth of the work we put in for you. Hire 2 men and a truck for your next move. Thanks for your awesome review. We were 5 stars up until your review.

  Hoarder Patrol Moving & Cleaning

• Von and his team of three were outstanding. Their communication and customer service, loading and unloading, were top-notch. They also came through at a last-minute move when another company canceled on me at the last minute. I'm grateful for their service. I will definitely use them again.
