• I have used this moving service several times and I haven’t faced any issues until now. First, they don’t have shoe covers. Shoe covers were provided but they used them outside which defeats the point of wearing them. Also, if you hear noises, it’s because they are dropping your furniture. In addition, furniture was damaged because of improper disassembly and reassembly. Pictures of the damage was sent to the Owner. They also left the front door open after they left. This is another instance of unprofessionalism and a disrespect for other people’s belongings. Most importantly, I was surprised that the workers complained about having to unload when the details were in the job description. Did they expect to receive $750 just to load a truck? I’m leaving a review so others can be warned that if an issue arises then it’s difficult to resolve them through this platform. Overall, my experience with this company was poor due to their lack of integrity, poor etiquette and unprofessionalism.
