• It seems that super helpers doesn't do the job themselves, they third party it and it makes getting in touch with them, very difficult. I tried calling there number several times the day of my move to let them know when I would be arriving, but I got a call at 4pm which is when I thought I would be there originally, and it was a nice gentleman who said he was at my new place. Unfortunately with the rain and the unavoidable traffic, I wasnt going to be there till 530 and he wasn't sure what to do about it. He called super movers who then called me to tell me that if they are there for more than 2 hours starting at 4, I'll be charged another hour. I drove as fast as I could and the guys did it in good time, and I heard that while the guy was waiting he delivered some doordash to offset his wait. Again, very nice guys and dont want to speak ill of anyone, I just wish they had contacted me day of to check to make sure what me eta was, if there number doesn't work.

• Helpers did fantastic. Took extra care to finish in time and did so without damaging anything. They finished everything on time even though we had to make 2 trips.
