I hired a moving company Moving Crew, through U-Haul Moving Help to assist with loading my belongings into the U-Haul truck I rented. They dropped, scratched and dented my refrigerator. They tore my couch They damaged the hot-water valve connected to my washing machine resulting in leaking a substantial amount of water onto the floor, through the walls and leaked into the downstairs living room. causing damages to the floor and ceiling wall. I arrange for an emergency plumber who helped stop the leak and prevent further damage costing $500 without the home repairs I asked them to take the washing machine to the U-Haul truck but they requested their payment code and additional payment through Zelle. I provided the requested payment, upon receiving their payment, they left the property without completing the job. They knocked down and broke the AC thermostat while transporting the couch. I got an AC repair man to replaced the thermostat & ensured the AC unit started working costing $460
