Was not notified to supply a moving vehicle. Was charged extra for the time it took for me to go rent a uhaul. Then on top of that they over charged my wife for the extra hour 200 which was not their hourly rate

Consistently needed to reach out to company due to movers not arriving on time. Move was 9 until11. First guy showed up at 930. Second guy came at the end when there were only two items left at like 1030. He arrived with food and was smoking, moving slowly. Kept having to send my bf out to check on what was taking so long. I booked movers so I wouldn’t have to carry that heavy stuff! I ended up doing about half of the move myself, defeating the purpose of booking. Although the first guy was 30 minutes late, he was a hard worker. Maybe I was unlucky with the individuals supplied, but I will not be doing business with Rocket Movers again.
