Tike scheduled to arrive 8-9am no one arrived till after 12. Proceeded to help load but they didn’t listen and were stuck figuring out how to load my things. Had to adjust several times.

We take reviews seriously here at our company. But sometimes falsifying information is a thing. The guys arrived to the job forty mins late, which client was notified of this. Job took one hour to complete due to the hack of the client complaining to load it her way. Tho the job should have taken the guys thirty mins to complete tops. The guys never readjusted anything, but packed like they normally would any other job. Making everything fit, and the more stuff the client kept adding on.
