  • Did not respond to phone messages or text the morning of the move until the time they were expected to arrive at which time I was informed that they would be 45 min late. The team was actually an hour and 15 min late. Of the three men, one did most of the moving and was a gem (I believe his name was Hamas). One was in training and did not seem to have the strength to carry an empty dresser (without drawers). Everything got loaded without damage and the experience ended well but in large part because we loaded our own boxes while waiting for the tardy team to arrive.
