Hello! The performance provided by the movers on this day was fantastic. Quick, efficient, respectful and kind! They moved quickly and with purpose. Since my 3hr moving slot only took one hour, they stated I SHOULD receive a refund or credit for time unused. I thought that made sense, released the payment code in good faith, and went about my day. I never saw the refund, but the full charge, and reached back out to the company, but never heard back. Again. Helpers did a great job, but only book the time you need and don’t issue the payment code UNTIL all of that clock is empty

Dijon and Xavier were awesome. They were very prompt and worked extremely hard. I would use this company again if I need to move and I would definitely ask for these two individuals by name. Tip already called it in to the company directly.
