• This was my first time using U-Haul movers, and I initially planned to give Eazy Moving & Cleaning LLC a five-star review. The movers did a good job and even finished in 2.5 hours, thanks in large part to the staging I did to make their work easier. I had large items moved (mattress, couches, dressers, bed frame, etc.) and all but two items were staged in a central location outside the bedrooms to simplify the process. However, I can’t say the same level of care was extended to customers. I had booked two helpers for four hours to ensure sufficient time. Since the move was completed in 2.5 hours, I asked about a refund for the unused 1.5 hours. Eazy Moving & Cleaning LLC said they couldn’t refund me because U-Haul handles payments, while U-Haul said it was up to the moving company since funds had already been released. The process is frustrating and unnecessarily stressful. Moving is expensive enough without worrying about losing money and paying for unused services. Tipped cash.

  It is uhaul who put a policy in effect not to refund unused hours. You booked us through uhaul so it is not fair for you to leave us a negative review based on policies we have no control over

• They helped me out while I was in a tough spot and had to move quickly. The packed the truck well and nothing broke in transit. Would definitely reccomend them to a friend.
