  • As with any rating, there are things the company did well and things the company, or its representatives in this case, did not do well. Communication with the company was solid. No frills, but direct and to the point. Of the three person moving crew, the lead was excellent. Super hard working, professional, and a good communicator. Of the two helpers, one was decent and the other was absolutely pitiful. They were rough with our furniture, breaking one piece, and did not respond at all to requests to take care. This is my second move with this company. The fist was outstanding from start to finish. This move was pretty bad, so I will not be using them again.
