  • The guys did a great job. They were efficient, on-time, and easy to work with. The only thing I'd flag is that they do not provide any equipment such as moving dollys, blankets, etc. If you need a dolly like I did, I had to rent it from Home Depot which added to my list of to-dos. Other than that, they were stellar to work with and would recommend for anyone with items to move.

  • The men spoke no English and difficult communicating. The dispatcher called to tell me they were on their way and will be here at 1 pm. I asked if she was sure, but they arrived at 20 minutes later. They packed the truck wrong and I had to rearranged it. The men were kind but I expected better service after seeing their ratings. Afterwards a man called about their services, I told him a C and he started telling me they always have high ratings. I disagreed with him on my experience and he was not happy about it. He wanted me to write a better review but I am not. I will use another company next time.

    Hello Karman thank you for your feed back as it is important to us. Yes all of our reviews are good because it is important to us to make customers are 100 percent happy before leaving. You hired us to rearrange items in your storage which is normally a very easy job. I believe there was family issues on site that we caising a lot of tension making some things difficult. You had prepaid for 4 hours and the movers finished in 3. When I asked you how the movers do you expressed your concerns and I stated if there's anything we can do to make you happy the movers still have an hour left at which point you stated everything was done. I asked if there was anything that needed to be redone you said no at which point there was nothing left we could have done. If there's anything we could do for you please let us know. Thanks GRAMZ!
