  • 2 young guys came. They just finished another job and were extremely exhausted. They asked for water when they arrived, then they complained about the boxes inside our garage and were visibly frustrated because of the amount of boxes. They didn’t speak English which made it difficult to communicate. They didn’t load the truck properly nor did they have any equipment. I provided the dolly and furniture dolly’s for them. I went to drop off my wife around the corner and the movers begged me for more water and wanted me to grab them some Red Bulls because they were so exhausted one mover expressed. They did a lousy job and did not care about our furniture and mattresses and were dragging it on the side walk. They wanted tip for doing an incomplete job so I tipped them in cash. The other helper wanted more money and asked my wife for her Cash App so she can send him more money. The manager called us after we decided not to use them and apologized. I will not use them again.
